Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully. All customers of the Independent Martial Arts Federation (the IMAF) agree to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. By utilizing our services or purchasing our products, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Ordering Information: IMAF customers have two ordering methods available to them:

There is no minimum order required.
Payment Terms: All credit card payments are processed by a secured professional institution. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and Paypal.
Shipping and Handling: All Orders shipped through United States Postal Service.
Domestic shipping – flat rate as specified on website.
International – Additional cost as specified on website, invoiced separately.
Customer will be responsible for all freight costs on any undeliverable or refused packages. Packages will be reshipped at the request of the customer only.
State Tax: Residents of Texas will be charged the current sales tax on purchases.
Return Policy:
Returns/replacement on defective DVDs within 30 days of purchase. Defective DVDs must be returned to the IMAF at customer’s expense.
Replacement of incorrect certificates within 14 days of purchase.
Any shortage or wrong items received must be reported within 14 days. No claims will be accepted after 14 days for these issues.
High Risk Activity: The products sold through independentmartialartsfederation.com, The IMAF’s catalog sales, or otherwise, include instruction in martial arts. Participation in these activities should be considered a high-risk sports activity. Your participation in any of these activities is at your own risk. Please consult with your personal physician, if necessary, before participating in any of these high-risk activities.
Assumption of Risk: By buying the IMAF’s products, you understand and agree that martial arts, boxing, yoga, fitness, weight lifting, and demonstrations are high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT of The IMAF including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of The IMAF. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold The IMAF harmless from any third party claims arising from such High Risk Activities or Martial Arts Weapons or any other The IMAF product.

Typographical Errors: If an IMAF product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, the IMAF reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order whether or not the order has been processed, been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the product and the order has been cancelled or refused, the IMAF shall issue a credit to your credit card for the amount of the incorrect price.

What information do we collect? The only information collected is for billing purposes on a purchase.
How do we use your information? We do not sell or solicit any of our customer’s data or information. We use the information we collect from you with The IMAF in the following ways:

When you place orders online or access your account information it is on our secure server. All confidential or sensitive information you supply is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We do not store any credit card information.
