• Under 1st Dan ($10.00 + S&H) every 3 months
• 1st Dan and Above ($10.00 + S&H) every 3 years
• Video testing required. The test may include but is not limited to:

2. Weapons forms / Kata;

3. Sparring;

4. One step sparring;

5. Self-defense techniques;

6. Grappling techniques;

7. Unarmed defenses against weapons;
